My name is Catherine (Cathy) Keith and I own and operate Fast āNā Furious dog training in East Lothian. I live in Gullane with my husband Robert and our dogs. Our canine family is often extended to include foster dogs who are in rescue but need an experienced home to help them overcome their issues.
My love of all things dog developed from an early age when I began training our family pet, a rescued border collie at the tender age of six.
My enthusiasm for dogs and dog training has continued throughout my life and I have had the great pleasure of owning a variety of working dogs including Collies, Labradors, Springer and Cocker spaniels, several of whom have also been rescues.
I have trained and competed at obedience, agility and or fly ball with the majority of my dogs, enjoying success in all disciplines and competing at Crufts, the Scottish Dog of the year agility final and the Highland Agility Stakes.
In addition to training my own dogs, I have been providing training classes in obedience and agility for over 20 years.
During this time I have become a Kennel Club registered agility championship judge and judges trainer and have also obtained an advanced diploma in canine behaviour management.
In 2010 I finally realised my dream and dog training became my full time occupation.
Fast āNā Furious dog training is a professional dog club where I can use my passion and expertise in positive reinforcement to teach and train you and your dogs.
Training is offered in dog obedience, dog agility, dog behaviour, first time puppy ownership and using clicker training.
